It takes the ability to actively listen to students, parents, teachers, administrators, and the community to guide them in developing the solutions that will take them to the goals they seek. A good teacher provides the foundation and the tools to help guide their students on their journey. It is not so much providing all of the answers, but showing them the means to answer their questions themselves, and to to discover the questions they did not know to ask.

I have spent over 27 years in education and in that time I have seen a lot of attempts at change. In often begins with noble aspirations to achieve lofty goals, but all too often is bogged down in an inability to successfully implement the necessary changes to achieve those goals. Many attempts fail due to crafting unattainable or vague goals, lack of effective communication, poor relations with stakeholder groups, and a failure to reflect and refine. This is where I can help you!
